About: We notice the white umbels of Boneset flowers in the late summer, as they rise at the edges of local wetlands and in the moist ditches by the roadsides. Some years there appears to be an overabundance of this marvelous plant, which makes us wonder at the sort of winter to expect!  The bitter, cooling properties of this herb support winter woes, the nonspecific immune system, and the muscular and skeletal system.
