Ingredients: Dried Eleuthero root, certified organic non-GMO cane alcohol and pure Adirondack water.

Percentage of alcohol used: 45-50%  

Ratio plant to menstruum: 1:4

Safety considerations: Eleuthero is safe at recommended doses, even for long-term use. In rare instances, mild diarrhea may occur. Some people find it to be stimulating and do not take after 5 PM to avoid sleep problems. Care should be taken with hypertension and high anxiety. It can be taken in pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you are using pharmaceuticals, please consult with your health care provider before taking herbs.  

About: Eleuthero, a thorny deciduous perennial shrub growing in Northeast Asia, is a member of the Ginseng family. It is classified as an adaptogen. This vibrant plant grows zones 3-7; in the northeast the plants prefer full sun and moist soil, though we have also seen it thrive in partial shade and sandy soil. It’s presence is somewhat regal, the plant gesture indicating the strength and upright energy it offers!
