About: In the fall, small clusters of these colorful red berries hang from the winding vines of this remarkable herb who’s Chinese name “wu-wei-zi”, means five flavored fruit. A native fruit from northern China, Russia and parts of Korea, Schisandra has been a revered tonic used to help with fatigue and to help with the effects of stress.
